Workshop: Understanding the Pandemic Impact on Black and Multiracial Congregations:

Dr. B. Clarvon Watts is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow and Visiting Faculty Associate at Hartford International University for Religion and Peace.

Join the Center for Congregations for a free online workshop covering how Black and multi-racial congregations have navigated the post-pandemic landscape, focusing on community involvement, virtual programming, and clergy mental health.

Led by Dr. B. Clarvon Watts, this workshop will discuss major patterns and gaps revealed by the Hartford Institute for Religion Research’s study, Exploring the Pandemic Impact on Congregations: Innovation Amidst and Beyond COVID-19, investigate methods for community engagement, successful online programs, and initiatives to promote clergy wellbeing and create customized approaches to meet the specific circumstances and requirements of your faith community.
